The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced today that it will review foreign trade practices to account for those practices which may be unfair to the United States, including those practices that may be unreasonable or discriminatory and that may burden or restrict United States commerce.

This review is conducted pursuant to Sections 2(c) and 3(c) of the Presidential Memorandum America First Trade Policy signed on January 20, 2025.
