The requirements of the national reserve raw silk should be as follows: dried-cocoon-reeled-silk (white) produced after August 2023; Grade 5A and above, 20/22D; meet the standard metric requirements and qualified by CIQ inspection.
According to the circular, the reserve this time would set 83 bids, each of which was an independent bidding unit with 10 batches (about 6 tons). The maximum number of bids per enterprise was 5 targets (50 batches, about 30 tons).
On November 27, China Cocoon and Silk Coordination Office publicized the list of potential bidders who passed the preliminary qualification review online. There were 55 potential bidders this time. Among them, 32 bidders were in Guangxi Province, accounting for 58% of the total, followed by 6 in Zhejiang, 4 in Jiangsu, 4 in Sichuan, 2 in Yunnan, 1 in Jiangxi, 1 in Shandong and 1 in Shanxi.
According to the procedure, all bids within a reasonable range were ranked from low to high, and the lower bids would win; When the bidding prices were the same, the time of submission would determine.According to the procedure, the bids were opened at 10am on December 13th.. According to the bidding system, the ceiling price was 557600 yuan/ton.
According to the announcement on December 15th, a total of 55 enterprises have passed the qualification review. Among them, 49 enterprises have registered on the electronic bidding platform on time and paid the bid security deposit. 48 enterprises have decrypted their quotations within the specified time. After calculation by the electronic bidding platform system and sorting the effective prices from low to high, 23 companies ultimately won 81 packages (approximately 6 tons per package).
According to the announcement,among the 81 winning packages, 67 in Guangxi , 10 in Zhejiang and 4 in Anhui province.
