Jiaxing Texin Weaving Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise of Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co.,Ltd. which is one of top 100 major Chinese textile enterprise and one of top ten competitive enterprises in Chinese silk sector. The company is located at factory No.20 in Jiaxin Silk Industrial Park, only 300 meters away from Hu-Hang-Su highway, one hour’ drive away from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Ningbo and other major cities.
Inheriting the traditional silk weaving technique, Texin’s main business is to produce silk fabrics. As a key fundraising project of Jiaxin Silk, the company introduced advanced Italian devices and technologies in 2010, and owns 36 rapier weaving machines and supporting equipment at present. This year, another 12 Italian R9500-2 rapier weaving machines were introduced. Every year, it can produce silk fabrics of about 1.8 million meters with sales revenue of more than 100 million yuan. Its products mainly cover mulberry silk fabrics, elastic silk fabrics, and interwoven fabrics including silk and other fibers, like cotton/linen. Following the policy of combining industry with trade in recent years, the company has received orders by cooperating with the domestic brands in small batch and multiple varieties to realize competitive advantages with featured products.
Texin was rated as National High-tech Enterprise in 2016, and Provincial Research and Development Center in 2017. With strong research and development group, the company can develop over 400 new products per year. Attaching importance to the cooperation of Enterprises, Colleges and Institutes in Technological innovation for so many years, the company has successively built up cooperative relationship with many colleges and institutions, and set up research base on textile materials to carry out cooperative projects. It has a number of products that were recognized as Zhejiang Key High-tech Products, and has more than 10 patented products, among which one got invention patent. What’s more, new product items has won Annual Progress Award by Science and Technology Department and Innovative Design Competition Award on Silk Fabrics for many times.
