The main silk reeling enterprises in Hechi participated in the meeting, and reached a consensus in three aspects after full speeches and exchanges.
1, In view of the fact that the raw silk price has been near the record, each purchasing unit should be cautious about the market, autumn cocoon purchase should be prices based on the cocoon cost to control the risk, and the autumn cocoon purchase price is expected to be 54-56RMB Yuan/KG is more appropriate. All purchasing units should restrained, rational and self-disciplined in the autumn cocoon acquisition, and must not blindly push up the cocoon price resulting in an increase in the production cost of the whole industry.
2. To the government’s fresh cocoon acquisition market rectification action, the participating enterprises believe that this is a good thing and fully supports. In order to cooperate with the government to advance the fresh cocoon acquisition market remediation and achieve the good results, the association suggests that the acquisition units and the acquisition sites refuse to accept and sell "unpupated cocoon" through various means such as banners, slogans in order to create a strong publicity atmosphere for remediation actions, so that the remediation action is widely known.
3. At the meeting, some enterprises reflected that after the silkworm cocoon purchase invoice was changed to digital electronic ticket, it increased the difficulty of invoicing for enterprises and influenced the invoicing work of enterprises. The association will reflect with the tax department in a timely manner after the meeting, and strive to solve this difficult problem for the industry through communication and consultation.
