Guangxi Nongtou Guihe Silk Co., Ltd. was renamed from Guangxi Guihe Group Co., Ltd. in 2021, which was founded in 2001. It is a modern enterprise with raw silk production as its body, silk business management and home textiles sales as its two wings. The high-quality raw silk producers, Huanjiang Guihe Silk Industry Co., Ltd. and Lingshan Guihe Silk Industry Co., Ltd., are two subsidiaries owned by the Group.
Huanjiang County Guihe Silk Industry Co., Ltd. was established in the West City Industrial Park of Huanjiang, Hechi, Guangxi, covering 6.4 hectares of land area. The company mainly engaged in the production and sales of raw silk materials. With 30 sets of FY2008 autonomous reeling machines totaled 12000 threads, it can produce 900 tons of raw silk per year, over 100 thousand silk quilts and more than 1270 tons of byproducts. Moreover, the company has environmental protection facilities such as sewage regeneration and recycling (a patent by the environmental company under Guihe Group). In line with the modern agricultural order production model of "company + base + farmer + standard", the company feeds back agriculture with raw silk production and sales financing, sticks together with farmers, and develops in a group. The mulberry field is regarded as the first workshop of the enterprise, and farmers are regarded as the focus of the first productivity of the enterprise.
Lingshan Guihe Silk Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Xinyu Town, Lingshan County,Qinzhou City, Guangxi, in September, 2006. By collecting cocoons from the whole city, the company’s main business is producing and selling raw silk materials. Currently, it has 30 autonomous silk reeling lines, 12 rapier weaving machines and silk quilts production lines that can produce 100 thousand silk quilts per year. Meanwhile, it has more than 1000 employees. Since establishment, the company has been focusing on production management, insisting on marketing-oriented, and brand-construction strategy. Thus, it has won many titles: Key-leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization in Qinzhou, Guangxi Famous Brand Product, Guangxi Top Ten Cocoon and Silk Processing Enterprise, the National Demonstration Base of “Moving Mulberry Base from East to West”, National Advanced Group of Textile Industry, National High-Tech Enterprise, Etc.
