Subject: Regarding holding Members’ Meeting 2007 from Jul. 28 to Aug. 1,2007
Please be informed that China Cocoon & Silk Exchange Members’ Meeting 2007 will be held from Jul. 28 to Aug. 1, 2007. The relative matters are hereby notified as follows:
1.Program of the Meeting
·To sum up the exchange operation over the past few years
·To draw up, revise, audit and approve Articles of Association, trading rules and regulations of the Exchange in accordance with requirements of relative state administrative sectors
·To discuss the Exchange Dried Cocoon Notarization Inspection Regulation (Trial)
·Other relative matters
2. Meeting Venue: Jiaxing Boya Hotel
Meeting Date: July 28- Aug. 1
3.The Exchange electronic market will be suspended from Jul. 30 to Aug. 1 and will be resumed from Aug. 2.
