Subject：Adjustment of Daily Price Limit and Trading Margin Standard
Please be informed that the extent of daily price fluctuation will be adjusted to1000 yuan per ton for Dried Cocoon and 3000 yuan per ton for Raw Silk either rise or fall as against the closing prices of previous day effective on October 20th, 2006(Friday)； the extent of daily fluctuation will be adjusted to 2000 yuan per ton for Dried Cocoon and 6000 yuan per ton for Raw Silk either rise or fall as against the closing prices of previous days effective from October 23rd,2006 (Monday)；Trading Margin Ratios for all new contracts which expires on or prior to June 2007 will be raised by another 5% of trading values over current margin ratios effective from October 20th, 2006(Friday).
