China: Announce No. 90, 2007 of the MOC, promulgating the Export Quota Gross of Agricultural, Industrial and Silk Products in 2008
In accordance with the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods and the Measures for Administration of Exported Commodity Quota, the Export Quota Gross of Agricultural, Industrial and Silk Products in 2008 is now promulgated.
All the qualified quota applicants could bring forward the application through the departments of commercial administration in all the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, separately listed cities or directly to the Ministry of Commerce. The acceptance of application is from November 1, 2007 to November 15, 2007.
