Circular dated on December 7,2005 of the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China on Issuing Mulberry Silk Commodities Export quotas in 2006

The responsible commercial sections in all the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and separately listed cities, China National Silk Industry Corporation, China National Silk import and Export Corporation:

In accordance with the total Export Quotas in 2006 and the applications raised by relative sections, part of Mulberry Silk Commodities Export Quotas in 2006 is now issued as follows:

1.This circular on Issuing Mulberry Silk Commodities Export Quotas shall apply for commodities with the Customs Codes beginning with 5001 to 5003.

2.Mulberry Silk Commodities Export Quotas in 2006 shall be allotted in accordance with the application amount of all the provinces, autonomous regions municipalities, separately cities and Enterprises with State Management, as well as with the employment of similar quotas in 2005.

3.All the local responsible sections shall allot the Export Quotas to relevant export enterprises as soon as possible, and submit the Second Allotment Plan to the Ministry of Commerce for auditing and recording prior to January 31, 2006.

4.The responsible sections of the Frontier Province and autonomous regions shall regulate export in line with Border Trade Export Quotas of Mulberry Silk Commodities and submit the Second Allotment Plan to Ministry of Commerce prior to January 31,2006.
