The top six companies accounting for 57.66 per cent of total silk fabric exports to India has been sampled and should submit overall answers to MES (Market Economy Status) paper, according to primary results released by Ministry of Commerce and Industry under Government of India on Aug. 16, 2005. Other related companies not been sampled may submit answers to MES paper voluntarily.
The enterprises sampled are as follows:
1.Zhejiang Cathaya Corporation
2.Nanjing Textiles Co., Ltd.
3.Chongqing Xiangfei Silk Co., Ltd.
4.Zhejiang Huilong Co., Ltd.
5.Sichuan Silk Co., Ltd.
6.Chongqing Jiatai Silk Co., Ltd.
Now India side is collecting public opinions in the sampled companies list. Meanwhile, China Chamber of Commerce for Imp,& Exp. of Textiles will submit relative opinion before Aug. 18.
