In CCSE spot market, silk yarn prices still kept firm and rated about 240000 yuan per ton on Friday. Machine-reeled silk yarn graded 3A originated from local mills stood above 241000 yuan per ton.
The market seemed stable as the sellers were tight and no major activity was seen.
Referring to the tight prices, most sellers refused to surrender to the pressure of buyers.
