The drop during previous days gathered some strength for rally. CCSE electronic transaction prices returned to Monday’s level today after the plummet of yesterday. However, it’s not an effective rally without the cooperation of trading volume.
Active raw silk for March 2006 opened at 203000 Yuan and closed at 204800 Yuan, with 378 hands were traded.
Active dried cocoon for March 2006 opened at 62900 Yuan and closed at 64100 Yuan
Physically, stock in silk factories wasn’t supplementary timely and was weak for the moment. There was little possibility for spot traders to sell off now. Accordingly, The cocoon and silk prices kept unchanged relatively.
