MUMBAI: Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has declared a 30 per cent interim dividend for the year 2005-06.

The decision to declare the 30 per cent dividend, which works out to Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each, was taken by the board at its recently held meeting, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
