China International Silk Fair & Women’s Wear Fair 2008 hosted by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government and organized by State Cocoon & Coordinating Office and China Silk Association etc, was closed yesterday.

This fair is staged annually at the end of October in Hangzhou. With the previous seven fairs’ experiences of success; therefore, it has the total professional businessmen over 200,000 and become an important platform of product presentation, technical exchange, popularization and trade for international silk enterprises.

It occupies 20,000sq.m of floor space, attracts more than 40 silk manufacturers to participate in. More than 20,000 new products showed include silk garment, women’s wear, silk and women’s wear fabric, silk home textile, silk arts, clothing supplementary material, tailor equipment and others.
