Zhejiang Huading group Corporation, one of largest silk garment and madeup maker in the country, is planning to list among Hongkong Stock Exchange and raise up to 1 billion HK yuan early next month.
The company said, the money raised could allow it to expand production capacity and develop retail trade.
Hangzhou-based Huading Corporation was established in 2001. It mainly produced middle and high level silk and jute fabric and garments, most of which were exported to the UN and the USA without the quota restrictions.
According to Huading, the comapny was hoping to get cheap funds from overseas market as the company’s market was improving.
