The yearly authentication of Chinese famous brand products has just finished. The event was hosted by China Famous Brand Products Strategy Promotion Committee and was authorized by the general Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. On Aug.26, 2005, China Famous Brand Products list was at last released.

Eight enterprises in silk sector was recommended and reported to the Committee. Products to be authenticated were judged by their market share, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, quality strategy, intellectual property right and the possession of the core technologies. After requesting public opinions, the enterprises all satisfied to the qualifications and requests of China Famous Brand products.

The listed enterprises would be awarded the medals and certificates by the heads of committees in Beijing on Sept. 1st.
